Begin your safari adventure with a drive from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending 2,000 feet into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive.
The crater is often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World”, housing over 30,000 animals year-round, including lions, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before ascending to your crater-rim lodge.

After breakfast, set off toward the Northern Serengeti, home to the most dramatic scenes of the Great Migration river crossings.
En route, enjoy a scenic game drive across changing terrains. By afternoon, arrive at your mobile camp, ideally located near the Mara River, where crocodile-infested waters test the courage of migrating wildebeest and zebras.

Stop for a picnic lunch en route and continue exploring areas where the migration may be passing, depending on seasonal rains. The day ends at a well-located bush camp near Seronera Valley.

In the afternoon, optional activities include snorkeling in Lake Tanganyika or relaxing at your eco-lodge.
