Overnight at Entim Mara Camp

Bid farewell to Samburu as you depart for the next exciting stop on your Kenyan safari journey: the Greater Masai Mara Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your camp to settle in before your first game drive in this iconic wildlife area.

You will be based in the Masai Mara National Reserve where you may have the opportunity to witness the powerful sight of The Great Migration between July and October. But whether you are in the reserve at that time, or outside of the migration period, you can expect abundant wildlife sightings. You are in big cat territory with the highest density of lions in Kenya along with healthy populations of leopards and cheetahs. Game viewing is excellent with the Big 5 and nearly 500 recorded bird species present.

Your time in the Masai Mara will be peppered with game drives exploring the vast grasslands, perhaps a bush breakfast or a glorious sundowner in the African bush, and many incredible wildlife experiences. Visit a Maasai village on one of your days here and learn about the culture of the local community. At Entim Mara you’ll be overlooking the Mara River and able to watch animals from your private veranda.
